Ordering our hosting services and accessing your account is deemed acceptance of the Acceptable Usage Policy (AUP) and Terms of Service (TOS). Please note that Pixelapes may terminate your account without notice for any breach of the AUP or TOS.
At various times, Pixelapes may change either the AUP or TOS upon notification of the customer. Changes shall not be grounds for early contract termination or non-payment.
If you have any questions about any of the conditions contained in the AUP or TOS, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Reporting Violations
If you believe that there has been a violation of the Pixelapes AUP or TOS, please contact our Abuse Department at abuse@pixelapes.com.
If available, please provide the following information.
- The IP address used to commit the alleged violation.
- The date and time of the alleged violation, including the time zone or offset from UTC.
- Evidence of the alleged violation.
- E-mail with full header information provides all of the above, as do system log files
